Specification sheets

One sheet per product, covering electrical and environmental ratings, mechanical drawings, energy-code capability and the limited warranty.

Wiring diagrams

Reference wiring for the three standard room configurations. Line voltage is 120 VAC; every wall device and sensor is Class 2 over Cat5e. Follow project-specific drawings and all local and national electrical codes.

Two zone

1 × Olympus · 2 dimming zones · 2 relays

Both Olympus zones and both relays in use. Each relay is an isolated dry contact wired as a switch leg, so the two zones may share one circuit or be fed from two.

Bluebeam tool set

Plan symbols for Bluebeam Revu, in the same style as manufacturer device tool sets: drop a symbol per device on the drawing and the Markups List builds the device schedule for you — each symbol carries the Canyon part number and description as custom columns.

Canyon Controls tool set

.btx · 12 tools · 41 KB

Olympus room controller (OL), Sierra sensor (SS), Aspen dimmer (AD), Tahoma switches in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8-button versions (T1–T8), plus a zone tag and a room-zone outline on a separate “Canyon Zones” layer.

Installing it

Bluebeam Revu 20 / 21

Open the Tool Chest panel, click the gear (Manage Tool Sets), choose Import and select the .btx file. The set appears as “Canyon Controls”. Symbols place on the “Canyon Devices” layer; use the Markups List’s custom columns to total quantities by part number.

The symbols carry no listing mark — certification is pending.

System manual

The complete installation, wiring and commissioning manual for the Canyon lighting control system.

Mechanical drawings, clearance tables, plan symbols, one-line diagrams and complete submittal packages are available on request. So is any of this content in an accessible format, at no charge.

Before you issue a submittal

Confirm you are working from the current revision. Every sheet prints its revision and date in the header; the set above is Revision 1.2, September 2026. Specifications are subject to change without notice, and where a page on this site and a specification sheet disagree, the specification sheet governs.

Terms of use for these documents

You may download, reproduce and distribute these documents without alteration and complete with all notices intact, for the purpose of evaluating, specifying, submitting or installing Canyon Controls products. Do not edit them, extract their ratings into a datasheet of your own, or present their content as anything other than Canyon Controls’ published data. Full terms are at Terms of Use.

Certification status

ETL Listing (Intertek) and cETLus certification to ANSI/UL 916 and CSA C22.2 No. 205 is in progress and not yet complete. Until a listing is issued, these products must not be represented, specified or installed as listed equipment. Energy-code references in these documents describe capability, not certification of compliance — whether an installation complies depends on system design, commissioning and the code edition adopted by your jurisdiction. Contact us for current certification status before relying on a listing in a submittal or permit application.
